These Kicks are Made for Walkin'
A few friends and I are doing the 60 mile Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walk in October down in Atlanta. Well today officially started the training. This week is a pretty low key week and we will walk 20 miles over 4 days. Our schedule is T/R for "maintenance" walks and S/S for building. Really the goal is to make sure we get all the miles in regardless of weather, life, distractions, or anything else that gets in the way. T/R we will be walking bright and early before work. It was only about 29 degrees today but we came out on top. 4 miles down...16 to go!
