Sad to see you go...
Tonight is Scarlet's last night at our house. As you can see in the picture she is very sad about this news by the look in her eyes. I have done everything in my power to tucker her little puppy self out (and also tuckered Lady in the process). It really amazes me how well they get along and really love each other. I grew up in a house with 3 dogs and they didn't love each other like this!
Today after work I decided we all needed to get out. And what better place for a dog visit then the puppy rescue. I hadn't seen Bill and Liz for a while and the girls needed to run. And they did just that. The ran, jumped, chased a ball, each other, the rest of the house dogs, played in some water and did it again and again. The day ended in a manicure for Miss Scarlet before her family comes home tomorrow.
Some how by the time we got home and they each had a quick nap and were ready to roll again. They rumbled in the living room for about 3 hours. I think they know its the last night of fun.
Around 10pm Lady went to bed with Nick and Scarlet and I chilled. She was fighting to keep her eyes open at this point and was also sad about her departure tomorrow night. Although I am sure she will be very excited to see Kate & Zach.
