We took the staff to Carowinds today as part of RA training. They were tasked to complete a scavenger hunt. Ben, Dan, and I were tasked to some R&R. We rented a great cabana and played in the water all day. We did the lazy river (like 4 times) which was not very lazy once we started playing bumper floats, slash each other, and throw bugs on Ben. We did a fun water slide on a giant tube together. Nothing says professional development like getting in a tube practically on top of your boss and coworker and going flying down a giant slide full of water squeaking "JESUS we are going to fly over the edge!" Then Ben and I spent some QT in the wave pool. Note to self: you are tall but not that tall and no matter how bright it seems to tread water in giant waves for 2 hours it is not.

Little to say we got some sun. I've got new stupid lines but we had a great day. The staff eventually located us and we hung out for a bit.

I am officially exhausted. My class is officially completed. And I have 12 days off of no academics...
