I do. I love their sound and I think they're beautiful. They fly around here, since we live so close to Cook Inlet (about 3/4 mile) and I feel transported when I here them. Lovely captures, Scuba.

I agree. I can not see myself shooting much of any film anymore.

Did you learn the ISO/ss before you took the remarkable photos at the concert?

Isn't worth much? From whence cometh this self-deprecation? Do we need to talk?
I love that you spent the time to look and comment, with your lively enthusiasm.
I think I know what you mean about detail shots. When I saw those rocks, I lay down on the beach to play with dof and closeups (I only had my newish 70-300mm, so closeups is a misnomer).
Tonight we went to photograph more Arctic Terns and gulls. I took at least 300 shots, or whatever amount the two memory cards held. Not one good shot. Tossed all of them. Some days are like that, I guess.
Sincere thanks, Liz. And yes, you're absolutely right about bath time, although living in the moment as they do, I doubt they gave it much thought. I didn't. Loved every minute except leaving.

Hey, very nice macro shots! Great work!
Thank you. It was hard to wait for the little varmints to hold still.
