Zoo photos

Penguins have always been my favorite part of the zoo. I love those little birds. We managed to get there right at feeding time!

Here's a giraffe. I always found it a bit odd that they put the giraffe cage on the other side of the lion cage.

I don't remember what these things were but you could reach out and pet them if you wanted. They didn't seem to mind.

And what zoo visit would be complete without a visit to the rhino? It's such an odd creature and despite it's large horn it's kind of peacefull.

I sprained my ankle last weekend and it's not really healed yet. Because of that I haven't really had much of a chance to get out and take any photos. Instead I present some photos from a trip to the zoo I took a couple of years ago.

I haven't been cooking much because it hurt to put weight on my foot. I've been eating frozen food, but that should stop this week.
