Okay, so this one isn't black and white, but I still like the way the light plays on one side of the building and creates an upward facing shadow.
|
I think one of the reasons that I've always liked black and white photography is because of the play of light. Something about draining the color from a picture really highlights the contrast between the dark and lights areas in the photo. Above is my attempt to capture that same dynamic.

#1 is absolutely great! Like a scene from a movie. :) BW photos has its beauty.
