Fresh basil from my garden. I've always wanted to have an herb garden. Thankfully there was a flower box in the back of my new place that was ripe for a "do over". I've got basil, cilantro, thyme, rosemary, and oregano growing.

Here I used a handful of fresh basil (from my new herb garden!), about 1 cloves of garlic, a 1/3 cup mayo, some cayenne pepper, and the juice from one lime (lemons are the traditional acid, but I only had limes). All you have to do is mix it together.

You can't grill stuff without a good beer to go with it. Brekenridge Vanilla Porter is a favorite of mine.
