Fresh tuna off the boat from this morning.

Tuna two ways. I took two pieces and coated them with pepper. The other two pieces I poked some holes into them and soaked them in soy sauce, then coated them with sesame seeds. All four pieces are then lightly sauteed in olive oil.

For me, cooking is a nothing but [ti]. For the past week or so I've been in the Outer Banks of North Carolina - a very long barrier Island off the eastern coast. It's one of the best places to get fresh tuna. I love it.
