Mmmh, you don't need to refer with such cliches of "lucky material wealthy country i was born". For many of them it's exactly the opposite and you may look like another sideboard turist. You certainly mean it much more respectfully, i suppose. Everything is relative!

Well, I guess you didn't see the house this woman has to live in. Two rooms for a family of 10. No bathroom. Just a kitchen and a bedroom. I can't imagine cooking for a large family with these facilities can be easy either.
