Precisely. There is no cushion but the one you thought you'd be sitting on, remember? This is where Mr Houseboat owner and I would sit of an evening, drinking his whisky or kashmiri tea. This is where the shikara boat man came back one evening to lure me out for a "free" shikara ride to the centre of the lake by the light of the full moon. lol. The poor guy looked crestfallen but he was married with kids and I had said "no" quite firmly that morning. Anyway its very romantic, but a little hard on the buttocks. ;-)
