Gusti, who is more vain than I and always hates his photos. Silly boy! (Btw, in case I have forgotten, thank you SO much, Gusti, for introducing me to Stromboli last year, for hosting me then, and for arranging for your parents to host me this year. You are all such lovely people. Truly, I feel that my life is richer for having met you all.)

Nick, the whip wielding, fire breathing, invisible-sock-puppet-hand-havin' fiend from New Zealand. I actually took 2 or 3 more photos of both Nick and Gusti, but Andrea, one of the owners of Barbablù had been keeping me in food and wine for a little bit in thanks for finding a workaround to his email problem. The other pictures, while more smiley, were also more... blurry, lol.
