Mmmmousse!
Except for a small snack, I had skipped breakfast and lunch, so I was ravenous upon arrival. Armelle was not yet hungry, so I had a nice meal of some sort of traditional French food involving ground meat topped by potatoes. Simple, but tasty. Armelle ordered mousse. I joined her after I finished with the other stuff, thus beginning my Thanksgiving gorging.

At first I thought, "Aww, that's disappointing. It's all runny at the bottom." But then Armelle tasted it and realized it's because the bottom was caramel. OMG! SO YUM!

Food Round 2, when Armelle finally got hungry. I decided that, having missed breakfast and lunch at a reasonable time, I could have a second lunch. Goat cheese on toast with hot wine. The bread was pretty 'meh,' but the company was of the highest quality. And it was in PARIS, after all!
