For my final project in Photo 2 I decided to shoot candid street portraits with a 70-300mm zoom lens around Boston. I shot these in RAW to get as much detail as possible. These shots are completely candid and I truly believe that this way of shooting allows us to see specific moments in the lives of strangers that may never be seen again.

It takes a certain amount of boldness to take pictures of strangers on the street. I think this is the best sort of portrait because it is seldom posed and the people are living their lives. ????? · 2009-04-03: 22:01
