Today, while looking for a new rucksack, I came across this contraption. It's like saddle bags ..... for your dog !

I can't decide if I think it's a really neat idea, or whether we're taking advantage of man's best friend in getting them to carry our load.

It looks like a way bigger dog could handle maybe his own food (not canned) a bottle of water and a foldaway bowl for maybe a half day hike or possibly a full day with it being taken off several times during the day while hiking.
