Here's MY diet theory: No deserts, no pop... 5 meals no larger than my fist and no food what-so-ever after 7PM. Good luck!!

That looks quite yummy actually! I agree with the first noter... though I'm not always the best by sticking to it ;) - only thing I'm good at is the "no pop" rule...
