Waiting for public transport ..... that never arrived.

A long walk home from the rail station and lots of oportunities to capture the snow.

Like a scene from a Christmas card.

You have to look hard to find an odd speck of colour.
|
A day off work for some people and a chance to use that sled you bought but never had an opportunity to use.
|
Not a comfortable place to sit today ..... even if you have walked three miles through six inches of snow.
|
Fooling around.
|
And when you get home a warm seat by the fireside ..... if your cat will let you get close enough.

You have way more snow there than we do right now.... how did you even go outside? When I was there in February of 2005 I remember there was a dusting of snow compared to what you have in these shots and the whole country came to a grinding halt...

Well, I know the snow causes complete chaos for the country, but it does make some great pictures. Your cat looks trapped in the first one!
