Tried posting the recipe of the sabji (vegetables) three times: I give up!!!! Here it is for those interested: French beans & capsicum, cooked al dente. Tempering: cumin seeds, onions, tomatoes, garlic (just a couple of cloves), turmeric, chilli powder. Salt to taste. Garnish: freshly-grated coconut, coriander & a dash of lemon juice (optional, but tastes really superb!)

It was almost comic, rolling out the roti, making sure it was a perfect circle & puffed up to the football-shape & somehow having the camera ready...... Bless you, Megs.
