can I ask what's around the chickpeas? I bake mine to crispy goodness with garlic and cayenne.

I made a whole long note about the chickpeas & PB swallowed it up! Basically, the chickpeas are pre-roasted. The seller simply tosses in salt, red chilli powder (any surprise?!), a dash of lime juice, chopped tomatoes, onions & green chillies. It's hot & tasty beyond words. No cooking involved.
