Day 151: Game Day

Well Sunday morning we found out we wouldn't be getting the Saints game on TV, and I was very upset. I mean, my Sunday isn't a Sunday without the Saints during football season. By the time we took David to work at 1:00, Mer and I knew we had to find the game somewhere. I had gotten too many messages from Shannon that added up to this is gonna be a great game.

By the time we took David to work at 1:00, Mer and I knew we had to find the game somewhere. I had gotten too many messages from Shannon that added up to this is gonna be a great game.

So we went right down the road to Buffalo Wild Wings. We were just hoping that they would have it going on. I knew Shannon had gone somewhere there in TX and found the game but I didn't know that it was at a BWW as well until we were pulling into the parking lot and I was on the phone with her. I of course had never been in a BWW before, or else I would have known indefiantly that they did have not only that game, but every other game playing at that time on huge tv screens! These are the 3 essiential drinks for a football game. Coke, Starbucks, and BL Lime.

We went in, asked the waitress if they were showing the Saints game, she said that's all you needed to say, and took us to the Saints section. The Packers fans were at the bar-they were the loudest, of course. Arnt' Packers fans always the loudest? I'm surprised they had their shirts on. ;) It was just so much fun to be around everyone like that, everyone rooting for their team, everyone else looking over to see what happened what other people cheered...

Mer and I happy we had found the game, great atmosphere and great food. It was also great to still be able to experience it with BJ and Shannon even though they arn't here with me. If I were able to go to BWW to watch the game with them, it would be perfect. Speaking of perfect, my teeth look amazingly so here. Weird.

So, where exactly is this in Money, Al? I need to show up for the next Saints game. The food and drinks looked great to me; plus, the icing on the cake was Deuce! and Meachum! Who dat?!!!
