On my day off I decided to try to cycle to Spain. What sounded like an ok task turned out to be one of my most exhausting bicycle trips. After 4 hours of constant uphill cycling, I reached the highest point of the region, still 5 km away from the border, and decided to turn around, due to the progressing daytime. On my way down (45 mins without ever needing to pedal), I saw the most beautiful mountain sunset.
