Probably a Silver Washed Fritillary (Argynnis paphia), this was taken from a distance, and unfortunately I wasn't able to see the underwing, so the ident isn't 100%. If anyone has a better one, I'd be obliged!

Conversely this Ringlet (Aphantopus hyperanthus) only wanted to show off the insides, which is odd, as they're usually resolutely folded ;)
