If you enlarge this picture, you'll see the sign says Termonfeckin. Yes, that really is a place. :P It translates to Tearmann Fechin in Irish, which is church of St. Fechin. Always gets a lot of giggles!

I live beside a monument to Pope John Paul II; he visited the area in 1979. The university I attended (NUI Maynooth) shares its campus with a seminary college which was also visited by the late Pope in 1979. There was a statue to the Pope outside the library that looked like a turtle...
It may be a sad dusk for you but to me it looks like a colourful beautiful summer dusk!
I saw the sign but I wouldn't be able to read it if you had not mentioned it :)
