THe shots of your son really inspire me! We are going on holiday after tomorrow, and this photo already makes me dream... just wonderful!!!! I think to stop thinking is nearly impossible... you might only be able to guide your thoughts on something you want to think. For example reading a book, this helps me often. Or being underwater...
