This is what I did
pixel
this is the version eljapa made, he is right (as usual grrr), with the horizon leveled the girl seems to be climbing higher. Little details like this can improve a photo a lot, and sometimes even if they can be obvious we are not able to see them. Thanks Jan, big hugggggggg!!!

And this is the original one, with topaz filter applied but without removing anything :) I coudl have corrected the level of the sea here but it didnt come to my mind till eljapa pointed it out

Ivconcept Again with great editing!also with wonderful capturing!

elclic disapearing the coast makes the shoot much better, but still like the first original kind of more dynamic than the other.... diagonals gives them motion to this kind of action shoots

miltonjacob beautiful perspective... good work.
miltonjacob · 2009-06-11: 17:18
????? Tere, I think you were correct in the first one...I love the angle of the horizon in the first one without the distracion of the jetty and boats in the sea...trust your own instincts!!!

stormfish hmmm. are you really sure that the difference between pic 1, 2 or 3 has any importance in the overall scheme of things?

personally, i have difficulties to give a shit about any flaws to a picture above 85% of perfectibility.
stormfish · 2009-06-12: 06:35
eternity65 lovely !
eternity65 · 2009-06-12: 20:56
????? I know what you mean. I learned the hard way to watch out for the horizon! Wonderful photo by the way!

longimanus I had to stare long until saw the difference... sometimes such little imperfection hit the eyes, but in your case above, the kids and the sky stealed the attention complitely...
