Once a blue ...

...Always a blue. Life and Saturdays are just not the same anymore now that the season’s over. 3 pm still comes but not with the same hope, expectation, trepidation, delirium, disappointment and relief – not unusually all in the space of 2 hours. But this has actually been a fairly good season. Not only did we play pretty good football at times and qualify for Europe but I also got to tank the Ferret and co in the fantasy league stakes.

Let’s hope we make a better fist of it this time.
