If I had thought this was going to be a restful holiday, I was in for a (pleasantly) rude surprise. Carlos was kind enough to take us all on a day trip out to Sesimbra, Cabo Espichel and then to Lisboa again.
I really don't think I've had as many sardines my whole life as I did that afternoon. That's one thing I really like about Portugal - they like their fish and they cook it well.
Simply stunning - the entire set. Love, love, love #2, and #1 is phenomenal. Beautiful portraits, too. I do find that I often come home from a "relaxing" holiday more tired than when I left! So great that you had this terrific opportunity.
