Gabriel

Gabriel was in fine form that morning, which was far more than I could say about myself. I have to really remember that some things I could get away with a few years ago, I just cannot anymore. Yet just how young do we have to be before we can get away with not wearing a mask over our hearts ?

I suppose eight years really isn’t that long in the grand scheme of things but am I ever glad that we’ve made the effort all this time. It was very good to catch up again, my old friend and perhaps one day, the hospitality will be mine to return.
