Antone and his Dad. Um, that would be my husband too I guess. <snort> I&#39;m so mad I overexposed the background. I know better. Dang, dang, dang....

This is my oldest son Antone. Also known as Big-A or Joy Boy. :D He's a sophomore in college and plays baseball. He stands at 6' 4" and is a solid 225 pounds.

Antone's been in pt for a back problem and finally getting back to normal. He wasn't able to pitch last weekend, but Mama still got some snaps in of her boy.

I cannot tell you how proud I am of this child. He's worked so hard for his dreams. He's been a pitcher since he was a little boy. It just came naturally to him. He lives and breaths baseball. He's also a honor student!

Mama loves you Big-A. Seeing you makes me so happy, but leaving you..... :****(

I recognized the stud in shot #1 right away (but then, on 2nd inspection, I saw the guy next to him 'adjusting' ... doh!).

Big A has the greatest smile, IMO! So awesome that he's followed his dreams and isn't letting anything stand in his way. Even cooler that he's also an honor's student!

Congratulations mom!!!

P.S. No harm, no foul in overexposing the sky in that last shot. It's not distracting!

Beagles3 Wow! He is a good looking guy!! So great that you had the chance to go take a person to person peek at his game!! I know only too well how it is to watch them in college following their dream!! Congratulations on such a wonderful kid!!

And the sadness and "pain" to have to walk away again and head to your home without them! Every visit I leave a piece of my heart there with Megs. I am sure you do the same with Antone!

But taking the job of a mother means that we have to let go and watch them gollow their own pathways....
