Here are the Boyz of Mt. Rainier. Hiking around a mountain was something new for me. I really enjoyed myself and had fun with mhjphotos/Mat, etodd80/Eric, Jezterr/JR. They were all very kind and patient with me. What none of them mentioned was when they climbed up to a higher point I bagged out of them. They hardly made fun of me at all! lol
I think my lack of knowledge on photography was abundantly clear, but I'm trying to learn. I know one element and do what it takes to get the shots. I need to get out of my teeny realm a bit and grow.

Truly great photos all around. As I wrote to the others: I would have really loved to get up there with you guys. It seems to have been a fab experience.
Superb shots, Julie, especially the last one. I didn't know that a Nikon guy could be such a Rebel! ;-)
Tee hee...Madoc's comment made me giggle almost as much as that last picture! ;-) So fun! I bet you learned a lot from those mountain boys, and them from you! =)
Julie ... these pics of my are going on my fridge! Goodness I've gotten HUGE ... and no, I'm not talking about my backpack! It looks like my 6 pack has ballooned into a 24 pack!
That last shot, of course, cracks me up. I knew it would though!
I love that you got so many hilarious shots of us ... I wish I would have taken a few more like these to post like this!!!
Well, I certainly hope that my cousin doesn't get in too much trouble, foraging thru all those meadows, and wrecking havoc on the landscape. Clearly he walked right past the sign (probably had the viewfinder in his eye,) and didn't see it. Great photos!!
