No one in Virginia can drive

Some lady backed out of her parking spot without looking to see if anyone was behind her and her rear bumper hit me.

No one here knows how to drive. This is the third time in about a month that a woman has hit my car with her car, each time happening in about a mile of the same place.

The other two times, I was stopped at a light and a chick just forgot that you need to press on your brakes and bumped my bumper. No harm, no damage, no big deal.

I am getting sick of this though. No one here knows how to drive. People don't go the speed limit, they drive like 15 mph under. If I'm on a road with a speed limit of 45, and I am behind someone, they are probably going 30. And then come to a green light and they slow down! And if it is a red light, they stop, wait for the light to turn green, and then they just sit there! GO! Step on it! I have places to go! Move!

And if you get stopped at a red light here, don't pull up right behind somebody, because someone will come along and plow into you because NO ONE WATCHES WHERE THEY ARE GOING. Make sure you leave room for when someone comes barreling towards your rear bumper, you can pull up or turn out of the lane so you don't get hit.

And people here don't know how to use parking lots. They think if you pull into a parking lot you have to slow to a crawl. It takes about an hour to get through the simplest parking lot, because no one knows how to navigate it.

And people can't park here either. They pull in at a stupid angle, and they can't make the turn, so they back out, and try again. Oops, still can't make it, try again. It takes people about 14 minutes to get their car in the spot.

And backing out is no picnic either. People back straight out, and if they don't hit someone, they go straight backwards and they don't turn the wheel. And then they gotta make a 65 point turn to get out, which takes up a good 40 to 70 minutes.

Another thing these assholes here do as they back out of a parking spot: They stop halfway out, because they are too god-damned stupid to realize they still have about 15 feet behind them to back out! When I see people do this, I wish I could get out of my car and go over and punch them square in the mouth.

Whenever people finally manage to get out of their parking spot, do you think they drive away? NO! They play on their phone, or mess with their GPS, or anything they can do to not move forward at a reasonable pace.

People in VA can't drive.
