Around the new 'hood
2009.07.01
The area we live in used to be a workingclass area with loads and loads of laborers houses. Because those houses were getting old (early 1900s), worn down and filthy the city council decided to rebuild houses and put new appartments in the area and not make them rental places. Here's an example from some of the new houses.

And here are some old houses, you'd think that there are two houses with two floors, but actually there are 4 houses with one floor. Oi, so small!!

See, there's a reason why they want to break these down and rebuild them like houses in #1.

A playground and in the back our appartmentbuilding. The appartment we live in is hidden behind the large tree in the middle ;-)

I know Stav! But they are in rather bad shape :'( No CV, hardly any insulation etc.
