BBQ time again

Oh, bless the boys mum for all the free veggies she gave the boys. Four kinds of lettuce, soooo fresh! Doesn't get more organic than this.

Made little packages with pangafilet with some salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic and lemon juice. Then fold the fish in aluminum foil and toss on the BBQ!

Really great tapenade!

The fish are folded in the foil and the pins are with marinated pork and slices of onion. Really great.
