Sailing: Whitsunday Islands
2010.10.15
Because the weather was so nice and this was a one time opportunity we went sailing to the Whitsundays for the day. We were on this bright purple sailing boat called 'Camira'. We went snorkling, visited Whitsunday Island and BBQed on board. Fantastic.

After snorkling, we had to wear stinger suits this time as apparantly it was jellyfish and stinger season. It was great to be snorkling again. It was more shallow reef, but still gorgious. No underwater camera this time.

That's our boat and even the little speedboat that took us to Whitsunday Island was purple. On the way to the island we saw a huge water turtle.

#4 is my definition of a perfect day. A little zodiac to buzz around in and a big sailboat to cruise nice and slow.
