Sinterklaas spekjes. Spekjes are like marshmellows, but you don't have to roast them for them to taste good.

Sugar mice. No idea about the tradition here, but as long as I can remember there are sugar mice (sometimes made of marcepin, sometimes sugar coated marshmellows) as candy during Sinterklaas.

Our Dutch teacher brought some sugar mice to our last evening of the year a few weeks ago. Yum!!
