This is the 'Planten und Bomen' park (translated 'plants and trees'). It's very nice and like every selfrespecing German city it has a huge Fernsehturm.

Along the inner Alster. Totally pretty with all the ice.

The remnants of the Nikolai church. Unlike the Gedächtniskirche in Berlin they haven't rebuilt this church, as a silent witness to WWII.

St. Pauli's Weihnachtsmarkt 'Santa Pauli'. Fabulous ;-) Really horrible band on stage called 'Falco und friends', the name alone made me hiccup with laughter.
