Day 103: Heaven On Earth

Even though I can't play, it felt amazing to get out and drive the golf cart around my favorite golf course at Lake Tahoe while my dad played today. The course opened on Wednesday after a long winter. You can definitely tell they're still getting it into shape, because the holes back in the forest still have patches of snow on the fairways. I guess you're supposed to treat it as a water hazard.

The weather was phenomenal for mid-April...mid-60s, a little breeze, lots of sun. And the ever-present mountain air scent. Ahhhhhhh.

The golf cart looked a little funny, I think. One side had a golf bag on it, the other had crutches. Ah well.
