Day 119: Ice, To Go

My PT had an engagement after my session tonight, so he asked if I wouldn't mind taking my post-therapy ice to go.

That cling wrap stuff that is used for packing stuff together is like the new duct tape - it can be used for so many different tasks it's not even funny. Here it's used to hold a bag of ice on my knee. Also, the ice machine they have at the clinic is really cool (sorry, bad pun not intended). It can make a batch of ice every 20 minutes - the ice is formed in these little cup shapes, and slide off the post on which each is formed into the repository. The engineer in me was fascinated watching.
