Day 203: Leftover Cobbler

Yesterday I talked about the homegrown blackberries that were being turned into a cobbler. Today, I show you the leftovers of said cobbler.

The recipe came from the King Arthur Flour Company, and turned out amazing! The berries are sweet, the topping is soft and delicate, and the juice of the berries has soaked throughout. Normally, I like some ice cream or whipped cream on cobbler - that's not necessary with this one.
