You know, it would take a lot of paint to put that scene on a canvas: it is so heavy and rich and "thick" with color. it provides a very dramatic impression: the fiery orange of the band directly above the horizon and then the remnants of the pale blue in the top right of the photo mixed with all the shades and textures between. Impressive.

First of all, it went straight on to my Favs and is so tremendously beautiful that is almost breathtaking. This is a picture i will often come back to.
