Testing out a very wide angled lens

Yep, he's back. He comes over about 2-3 times per year which is great because it's like he's never quite left.

Think about it. How many people do you know who live in the same city but hardly see them more than once per year. He usually stays with me when he visits so it's 3 annual visits of quality time.

These were taken during his current visit (he's here now).

You'll notice that there's another guy there. That's another friend of ours, CYL and we're been threatening to catch up for drinks since the last Olympics and it hasn't happened. We do keep in touch via SKYPE and sms'es but usually we get to meet when the great Dane is in town.

Nonetheless he's a good friend and a fabulous photographer himself. He's not an active blogger, but you can see his shots here.

At one point, all of us used to work in Nokia and that's how we became friends.

I persuaded the Dane to start his own photoblog here.
