I am very sorry for my long silence. I have been very busy doing my volunteer work since the earthquake occurred. I had no time to reply to your messages.
Your warm words made me really genki(=cheerful, vigorous). I appreciate your kindness from the bottom of my heart !!!
We still have many serious problems -
①　The radiation levels are rising.
②　Rolling blackouts ( shortage of electricity )　
③　Many people have lost their houses and jobs.
④　It's impossible to find 18,000 bodies in the sea.
We are going to approach these problems with a positive attitude but it would take 10 years to reconstruct Japan. Please help peace-loving people and keep in touch as ever !!

It is hard to believe that this paradise does not existe anymore, at least for a long time. My thoughts are going every day to Japan and the brave people in your fantastic country. Even today we hear the news of a new earthquake in Fukushima... stay strong!
