I'm starting to feel better and better again from being a bit ill. And decided to start training again this evening. Was a bit worried that my physical health would be very miserable (and make me feel very sorry for coming to the climbing center). But non of these worries were needed. It went terrific! Never felt very so strong and relaxed before...
