Kijkduin Beach (Holland) - Still addicted to running. This time I brought my camera with me. To show you the nice view I'm seeing during my running trip.
Some other nice details:
- the 1th time I went running, I was exhausted after 20min.
- the 5th time (about 1,5 weeks after), I run about 1hr and 15min.
In between the first and the fifth time running, I left the watch at home. Decided only to stop running when I would get tired....
