A Tribute to The Alps

Seeing one movie made some of my own memories of the Alps come back to life, for it has been some time ago since I've paid my last visit...

The Alps to me is, where I:

- first started climbing (and not in the climbing gym)
- forever fallen in love with mountaineering
- got inspired to go camping in Patagonia
- got inspired to climb a peak in the Himalaya
- learned how to deal with "bad weather"
- learned the true meaning of "Lightweight"
- learned to speak a bit Francaise and Deutch
- hopefully someday will learn how to ski :-)
