During rockclimbing I try to imagine myself as a
wild animal (like a Tiger). And then try to copy the movement of smooth, gentle and balanced
crawling and
gliding. This way the climbing movements come very naturally. It also helps my mind in a positive way, while struggling in an unpleasant vertical position.
For some moments I'm not a rockclimber. I'm a preditor; a strong and powerful Siberian Tiger!
