The most important lesson; if you put your weigt outside the boat, by using the strength of your abdominals (try not to capsize) - you will gain more speed... Lot's of speed!!

Fryslan - a couple of days just before my bike-accident I signed myself in for some days of water adventure. To do Sword sailing - looks like a combination of sailing and windsurfing.
So after a week of a little bit of resting (and lot's of praying) I decided to give it a shot... And I'm glad I did, cause It was a-w-e-s-o-m-e (and my injuried arm did well).
