La tercera parada fou en la mallada, zona deprimida i temporalment inundada que presenta poca biodiversitat, ja que poques plantes poden viure en unes condicions tan extremes.4 primeres fotos.
Les dunes (parada 4) també constitueixen un hàbitat molt exigent - sòl que es mou, aire i sequera molt forta-. També presenta espècies molt adaptades i per tant, no presenta una gran biodiversitat
