'Scuse me?

I shot this quite a while back. I know, i know its not perfect; it was captured using a 2MP cam. But the techniques used matter more than the equipment right (or is it?)? Personally, its one of my favorite shots. What do you guys think about it?

I do agree with you about the techniques thing...
Many people have the best equipment but they still can't take a good photographs =)
