quite an interesting juxtaposition of intention cracks (i.e. mosaic mirror) and unintentional cracks (i.e. building cracks). very good composition.

Is it reflecting or is the detail in the eye? Seems like an odd location for such a thing.

SuperG - it is both reflected and detailed. The tiles on the upper left are black with rims of reflective material. The lower left green section is not reflective. And the right is mostly reflective, with occasional black tiles thrown in. It is on the side of a old building in downtown Houston - but I don't know anything about the artist or how it came to be there.
