Macro Of Tiny Ghost Ants °°° 1⁄16 of an inch long

#2ants are so tiny you can&#39t recognise them as ants with bare eyes

#3°°1.5mm long ants climbing over to get to honey

#4honey is gone

#5another pinhead-sized drop of honey

#6the rush °°° better seen in bigger size, clic on pic °°°

#7 they move so fast they look like little black electrons

#8 "come on all, food is on"

Tiny Ghost ants can't resist a drop of honey, itself the size of a pin-head

oh my! ants give me the shivers for some reason - but these are incredible macros! great job!

I did almost the same pics but with jam !!!
The other day I took a magnifying glass to watch them drinking water, as it's dry season. What is funny when you look at them is to see them arriving small and leaving with big bellies !
May be one day I'll post mine, may be... because yours are more neat !
